Per the current game distributor, the tokens run about $7.50 each. If a casino wanted to start the silver strike program from scratch, they could get in for as cheap as 2000 tokens I believe. They would still have artwork to do. The reason Four Queens commitment is so high is that they actually still use silver for limited edition strikes. At nearly 32/ounce that adds up real quick. Four Queens will be releasing tokens with 6 ounces of silver and that is a big part of the cost of their particular program.

Thanks for correcting the monetary values on the coins that “one machine” spits out. Also, good luck coming out ahead while chasing those “collectable” silver coins, I’m sure the Four Queens is practically giving them away. In so far as resort fee’s, I wouldn’t exactly call Four Queens a “resort.” I personally won’t stay at a hotel unless they have those plastic 2 cup coffee makers with a tray containing bags of coffee, two powdered creamers, two sugars and those weird little black straws to stir with. I double checked and Queens definitely doesn’t have those amenities in the rooms so, I’m calling the Plaza next.
